Qualifications

• 3+ years of Zoho CRM and Zoho applications experience.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integration, and automation.
• Experience in customizing modules, layouts, reports, dashboards and automation.
• Understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and Customer Support processes.
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Sign, Zoho Mail and Zoho Flow is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

We are hiring a Zoho Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and more.

Responsibilities include implementation, team building , customization, data migration, and workflow automation.

1. Zoho Implementation & Customization

• Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho apps as per business needs. Develop and automate workflows, blueprints, and business processes. Create and customize reports, dashboards, and modules within Zoho applications. Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and APIs.

2. Business Process Optimization

• Analyze business workflows and recommend Zoho solutions to improve efficiency. Automate repetitive tasks using Deluge scripting, workflows, and Zoho Flow. Provide solutions for lead management, sales automation, customer support, and finance operations.

3. Data Management & Reporting

• Migrate and clean data from other CRMs or legacy systems into Zoho. Build advanced reports and analytics dashboards for decision-making. Maintain data integrity, security, and user access controls.

4. Training & Support

• Provide training sessions to internal teams on Zoho applications and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues efficiently. Keep up with Zoho updates and new features to enhance business processes.

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Zoho CRM and Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting, API integration, and workflow automation.
• Experience in customizing modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Understanding of business processes such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Customer Support.
