Mintskill HR Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Freelance Zoho Implementation Consultant to support multiple client projects across industries. This client-facing role involves requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and post-implementation support.

You will lead end-to-end Zoho deployments, including CRM, People, Recruit, Projects, and Mail, with Deluge scripting for custom automation. Remote work with flexible hours and milestone-based payments.

Qualifications

Freelance Zoho Implementation Consultant (Client-Facing)

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Implementation Consultant to support multiple client projects across diverse industries. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience working with a Zoho implementation partner and a proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end deployments across the Zoho ecosystem. This is a client‑facing role requiring direct communication with customers, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and post‑implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Zoho applications including:
  
• Zoho Mail (email migration and configuration)
  
• Zoho CRM (setup, workflow automation, customization)
  
• Zoho People (module configuration, policies, automation, strong working knowledge of Performance management module)
  
• Zoho Recruit (data migration from other ATS and legacy systems, pipeline setup, workflows)
  
• Zoho Projects (project setup, task automation, collaboration configuration)
  
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients, analyse business needs, and develop detailed blueprint documents.
  
• Design and implement custom functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
  
• Handle data migration activities: mapping, cleansing, import validation, and error resolution.
  
• Configure roles, profiles, automation rules, dashboards, reports, and custom modules across Zoho apps.
  
• Provide training and handholding sessions for client teams to ensure adoption and successful go‑live.
  
• Deliver post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest enhancements.
  
• Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and progress updates for internal and client teams.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Zoho product implementations.
  
• Must have worked with a Zoho implementation partner delivering multiple cross‑industry projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Mail migration, CRM configuration, People, Recruit, and Projects.
  
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and writing custom functions.
  
• Experience creating blueprint documents, workflows, process maps, and implementation plans.
  
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Excellent client‑facing communication and presentation abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote work environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho Certifications (CRM, People, Recruit, Projects, Creator) are an advantage.
  
• Experience in API integrations with Zoho applications.

Compensation & Engagement Model

This freelance engagement follows a milestone‑based payment model. Each project phase—Blueprint & Requirement Analysis, Configuration & Customization, Deluge Scripting, Data Migration, UAT Support, and Go‑Live—will be treated as a billable milestone. Milestone acceptance by the client will trigger payment release.

Optional post‑implementation support or ongoing enhancements can be structured as hourly billing or a monthly retainer, depending on project needs.
