Job summary

Sourcebae in Bengaluru seeks a Senior WorkForce Software Specialist to optimize and support the WorkForce Software platform across the organization, ensuring accurate time capture, scheduling, and compliance with labor rules.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations and IT to translate business requirements into configurations, manage releases and testing, document SOPs, and drive improvements and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting WorkForce Software.
• WFS certifications: PT102, PT120, PT125.
• SQL or Oracle experience for data queries, troubleshooting, reports, and validation.
• Experience with WFS scripts: creation, modification, debugging.
• Expertise in policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, exceptions, complex premiums rules & TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, labor distribution, work rules, combination rules, schedules, time off requests, In/Out policy, rounding & gracing, etc
• Experience with integrations (Scripts, API, flat files, SFTP).

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end configuration and maintenance of WFS Time & Attendance.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into system configurations aligned with pay rules, schedules, accruals, and compliance.
• Coordinate system releases, regression testing, validation cycles, and updates to configuration or documentation.

The Senior WorkForce Software Specialist is responsible for the configuration, optimization, and support of the WorkForce Software (WFS) platform across the organization. This role works closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to ensure accurate time capture, scheduling, and compliance with labor and pay rules. The specialist provides expert-level guidance, manages enhancements, resolves complex issues, and ensures the system scales effectively with business needs.

Primary Responsibilities
