Job summary

HR Solutions in India is seeking a seasoned professional to own and optimize our Workforce Software implementation. You will work closely with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective timekeeping, leave, and accrual configurations.

The role includes creating documentation, conducting user training, supporting system upgrades, and participating in on-call rotations, with coverage until noon PST on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• 4+ Yrs hands on with Workforce System.
• Partners with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workforce Software solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Workforce Software Time & Leave modules.
• Design and implement timekeeping rules, attendance policies, accruals, and carryover processes and other Workforce Management requirements.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and end-user assistance.
• Perform System Testing, SIT, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support integration between Workforce Software and HR/Payroll systems.
• Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, procedures, and process guides.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and support sessions.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and releases while maintaining existing configurations.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation and be available until Noon PST (Monday-Friday).
