Required Technical Skills

• Configuration experience in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, Attestation
• UKG Certification and experience with Dell Boomi integration platform
• Experience setting up Kronos Clock Terminals and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Kronos and integration issues
• SQL programming knowledge
• Experience with Agile methodologies
