A leading consulting firm is conducting a walk-in drive in Pune for the Recruiter specialist Talent Acquisition role. Candidates with 5 to 14 years of experience in Kronos management and associated technologies are preferred. The event will take place on November 8, 2025, at TCS Sahyadri Park. Qualifications

• 5 to 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related fields is required.
• In-depth work experience with Integrations is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Kronos application management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce scheduling, attendance, and analytics using Kronos.
• Implement workflows and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Develop and optimize reports and notifications.
• Development / Troubleshooting interfaces with Dell Boomi Platform and APIs integration.
• Strong knowledge of Kronos Clocks from App Management perspective.
• In-depth experience with integrations is mandatory.

• UKG Kronos Dimensions Timekeeper and Attendance, Scheduling and Rostering, Labor Forecasting, Analytics.
• Business Structure, Release Management, HyperFind queries, Workforce Genies and calendars, Data Access Control Concepts
• Setting up workflow notifications and navigators
• Development / Troubleshooting experience in interfaces with Dell Boomi Platform / Integrations through APIs
• Good knowledge of Kronos Clocks from Application Management side
• In-depth work experience of Integrations is mandatory
