Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Kronos Workforce Management Technical specialist to support Kronos WFC/Dimensions across multiple Indian locations. The role requires deep expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, and Kronos configuration with strong reporting skills.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Kronos integration with ERP systems such as Oracle HRMS or SAP HCM, plus proficiency in SQL and database management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) or Kronos Dimensions.
• Expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management.
• Hands-on Kronos configuration, troubleshooting, and custom reports.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and database management for Kronos.
• Experience integrating Kronos with ERP systems like Oracle HRMS or SAP HCM.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Kronos WFC/Dimensions in multi-location environments.
• Develop and troubleshoot Kronos reports and analytics for HR processes.
• Coordinate with ERP teams to ensure Kronos integration with Oracle HRMS or SAP HCM.
• Analyze timekeeping, scheduling, and absence data to support payroll and staffing.
