Job summary

Quess IT Solutions is seeking a Workforce Analytics & Operations Specialist in Bengaluru to manage workforce analytics, hiring operations, attrition tracking, vendor management, MIS reporting, and process automation.

You will design dashboards, automate reports using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, and collaborate with recruiters, vendors, and operations teams to drive data-driven decisions and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS, HR analytics, workforce analytics, or hiring operations.
• Strong skills in MIS reporting and data analysis.
• Proficient with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Excel.
