Job summary

Chandigarh News is seeking an HR Data & Analytics professional to manage Employee Lifecycle data, HR documentation, and reporting. The role focuses on data quality, analysis, and dashboarding to drive HR decision making.

You will maintain HRIS data, produce monthly metrics, and leverage AI tools to automate reporting and analytics. Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with HR reporting are mandatory for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, XLOOKUP and Power Query for data analysis.
• Experience in HRIS/HR MIS, dashboards and reporting for monthly HR metrics.
