Job summary

Coforge is seeking an HR professional with a strong blend of HR Operations and HR Analytics to manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and reporting duties. The role emphasizes hands-on MIS, dashboards, and data governance to drive insights for leadership.

The candidate will develop Power BI dashboards and leverage Advanced Excel for analytics, ensuring data accuracy and governance while partnering with HRBPs to meet reporting requirements and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in HR operations, shared services, analytics, or reporting.
• Hands-on HR reporting, MIS, dashboards, and workforce analytics experience.
• Proficient in Power BI and Advanced Excel for dashboards and reporting.
• Experience with HR data governance, accuracy, validation and auditing.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with HRBPs.
