Job summary

You will gather HR requirements, translate them into Workday solutions, configure templates and workflows, support releases, and work with HR stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and continuous system improvements.

• Configure and maintain Workday Talent Management modules, including talent reviews, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Gather business requirements from HR teams and translate them into effective Workday functional solutions.
• Configure performance review templates, feedback processes, goals, competencies, and talent assessment workflows.
• Support succession planning, talent calibration, employee development, and career planning processes.
• Manage business process configuration, security roles, reporting, and dashboards related to talent management.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve talent management processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Support Workday releases, documentation, user training, and continuous system improvements.
