Adroitent Inc. is seeking a Workday Recruiting specialist to configure and maintain recruiting processes, from job requisitions to candidate management and offers.

You will gather requirements from HR and Talent Acquisition and translate them into effective Workday solutions. You will manage recruiting workflows, interviews, approvals, and notifications, while configuring career sites, job postings, and questionnaires.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes, including job requisitions, candidate management, and offer management.
• Gather business requirements from HR and Talent Acquisition teams and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Manage recruiting workflows, candidate stages, interview processes, approvals, and notifications.
• Configure career sites, job postings, candidate questionnaires, and recruitment security roles.
• Support Workday Recruiting integrations with third-party recruitment systems and other HR applications.
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Support Workday releases, system enhancements, documentation, and end-user training.
