Job description

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant with expertise in Talent and Performance Management modules to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Workday system. The candidate will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable talent and performance solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Talent and Performance modules in Workday HCM including:
• Performance Reviews
• Talent Reviews
• Goal Management
• Succession Planning
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configure business process frameworks (BPF), notifications, approvals, and security for talent and performance processes.
• Support annual performance review cycles, calibration processes, and talent review meetings.
• Create and maintain Workday reports and dashboards related to performance ratings, talent metrics, and workforce planning.
• Perform system testing including unit testing, UAT support, and regression testing for enhancements and releases.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams including HRIS, Payroll, Integrations, and IT.
• Document system configurations, business processes, and user guides.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
• Hands‑on experience with Talent and Performance modules.
• Knowledge of:
• Workday Business Process Framework
• Workday Security
• Workday Reporting (Advanced / Matrix reports)
• Experience supporting performance review cycles and talent management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday HCM certification in Talent or Performance.
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors).
• Knowledge of other modules such as Recruiting, Learning, or Compensation.
• Experience working in Workday implementations or optimization projects.
