Job summary

Adroitent Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules according to business requirements.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional solutions, configure Core HCM, security roles, and business processes, and support integrations, data migrations, and testing. Collaborate with HR and IT to optimize HR operations and ensure smooth Workday releases.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
• Configure Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and security roles.
• Work on modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.
• Support Workday integrations, EIBs, and data migration activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing, UAT, and regression testing for Workday changes.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes.
• Support Workday releases, updates, and ongoing system optimization.
