Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Workday Learning specialist to join our enterprise team in India. You will validate configurations, build activities, and troubleshoot audience and reporting issues.

Experience with Workday Audience Builder, security, and calculated fields is essential, plus the ability to work in a regulated healthcare environment. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Learning.
• Experience approving and validating Workday Learning configuration and build activities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder.
• Familiarity with commonly used HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes used for audience creation.
• Experience working with Workday calculated fields, including understanding how security impacts calculated field results.
• Ability to troubleshoot Workday Learning audience and reporting issues by analyzing report logic, calculated fields, and security.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning security domains and business processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementations or production support environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a healthcare or other highly regulated environment is a plus
