Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat Llp in Gurgaon invites applications for an LMS Workday Learning specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on implementing and managing Workday Learning, delivering scalable learning solutions, and ensuring smooth content uploads.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in LMS consulting/administration with hands-on Workday Learning experience, strong stakeholder management, and solid analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in LMS Consulting/Administration, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
• Proven experience in Workday Learning Administration, Reporting, and related troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of learning operations, compliance training, and content upload management standards.
• Experience in stakeholder management, business requirement gathering, and delivering scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT and other basic tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Workday Certification in Learning (preferred).
• Basic understanding and hands-on of SAP LSO is preferred
