Job summary

EY India is seeking a Workday Learning & Development Consultant to implement, configure, and support Workday Learning solutions in a global environment. You will design learning programs, manage integrations, and drive testing activities while engaging with HR, Learning, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Workday Learning experience, exposure to SCORM/xAPI integrations, and strong communication skills to support global learning operations from Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of overall experience in relevant field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Learning.
• Experience in at least one full Workday implementation or Learning rollout.
• Exposure to SCORM/xAPI and third-party learning integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
