Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Workday Learning Consultant with 4 to 10 years of hands-on Workday Learning experience. This hybrid role primarily serves Gurugram and other listed locations, offering flexibility across Bang/Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurugram/Pune.

The candidate must hold Active Workday Learning/HCM certification. Responsibilities include configuration, administration, learning content, campaigns and learner experience, plus security and reporting within a Managed Services framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Workday experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Learning.
• Active Workday Pro Learning Certification
• Strong understanding of Workday Learning configuration, administration and business processes.
• Experience with Learning content, courses, programs, campaigns, assignments, enrollment, completion and learner experience.
• Knowledge of Workday security, calculated fields, custom/advanced reporting and business process configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting complex functional issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Understanding of Learning-related integrations and dependencies with other Workday modules and third-party learning/content providers.
• Experience working in a Managed Services / Operate environment and managing multiple client priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently own deliverables, collaborate across teams and mentor junior colleagues.
