Job summary

AlgoLeap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Workday Learning specialist to support enterprise-scale implementations and production support. You will review configurations, validate builds, and work hands-on with the Workday Audience Builder.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, experience in regulated environments, and the ability to manage multiple requests with precision while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Learning.
• Experience approving and validating Workday Learning configuration and build activities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder.
• Familiarity with HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes used for audience creation.
• Experience with Workday calculated fields and understanding security impacts on results.
• Troubleshoot Workday Learning audience and reporting issues by analyzing logic, fields, and security.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning security domains and processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementations or production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience is a plus.
