Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Mumbai seeks an experienced HRIS lead to drive end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert. You will manage complex client engagements, mentor junior team members, and informally lead small project teams.

You will design scalable HRIS solutions, conduct requirements workshops, oversee SIT/UAT, and ensure high-quality deliverables while guiding associates on best practices and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex HRIS scenarios; configure modules per best practices.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables; review junior members' configurations.
• Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants; document and share module best practices.
