Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules and mentor junior team members. You will drive requirements workshops, design solutions, and manage client relationships while proactively addressing project risks.

The role requires deep HRIS expertise across modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll) and hands-on experience with multiple full HRIS implementations. Certifications like Workday Core HCM are required.

• Strong communication, leadership and client management skills
• Certification: Workday Core HCM (required)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and address risks and issues
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality signoffs
• Document best practices and share knowledge with associates

Job description

Role Summary

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned
