Rolling Arrays - Consulting seeks an experienced HRIS Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert. You will manage complex client engagements and mentor junior team members, potentially leading small project teams.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, designing scalable HRIS solutions, managing risks, and ensuring quality throughout SIT/UAT cycles while guiding associates on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, etc).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Role Summary

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
