REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of Core HCM foundations including org structures, job profiles, compensation, and security.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, facilitate design workshops, and drive decisions.

NICE TO HAVE

Exposure to multi-country or global HCM deployments.

Background in HR operations or HR transformation consulting.

Workday Pro certification in HCM or a relevant functional area (current or in-progress).
