Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Workday HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document HR/business requirements.
• Configure Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Organizations, Job Profiles, Business Processes, Compensation, Absence Management, Talent & Performance.
• Design and configure business process workflows, security roles, and org structures.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Workday best practices.
• Support data conversion, validation, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with integration teams for inbound/outbound integrations.
• Create functional design docs, configuration workbooks, testing scripts.
• Execute system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Stay current with Workday releases and evaluate new features.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, configuring Workday HCM modules, managing end-to-end implementations, and providing functional guidance to business stakeholders.

The consultant will work closely with HR, business users, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
