Job summary

Rolling Arrays in India seeks a HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently configure HRIS modules, engage with clients, and contribute to project delivery as you grow functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, configure and test modules, conduct client demos and UAT, deliver end-user training, and support post-go-live activities while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS implementation/support/end-user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and self-management skills.
• Certification: Workday Integration Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and design: liaise with client SMEs to document functional specs.
• Configuration and data migration: configure and test HRIS modules to meet client needs.
• Client engagement: conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs.
• Training and documentation: deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and materials.
• Post-go-live support: resolve issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements.

Role Summary:

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
