Job summary

Huron is seeking a Workday Benefits Specialist to manage and administer employee benefits within the Workday platform. You will collaborate with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of benefit plans.

You will configure benefit plans (health, retirement, voluntary benefits), troubleshoot issues, and develop documentation and training materials to support benefits processes. Strong Workday HCM expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in Workday benefits configuration.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM, including benefit plan setup, eligibility rules, and payroll integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to employee benefits administration and Workday functionality.
