Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a seasoned Workday specialist to configure and support Workday Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Time Tracking. You will gather requirements, analyze impact, and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.

You will manage production support, lead testing, and coordinate resolution with business and vendor teams, while supporting global implementations and country rollouts. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday modules including Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation and Time Tracking.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Benefits, Absence, Core HCM, Compensation, and Time Tracking modules.
• Gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate business needs into Workday solutions.
• Manage production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with business and vendor teams.
• Lead testing activities, TPM reviews, data validation, and deployment readiness.
• Support global implementations, country rollouts, and enhancement projects.
• Conduct user training, UAT support, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage EIB loads, reporting, and data validation activities.
• Provide regular project and operational updates to business stakeholders.
