Mandate skills: benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement)

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience, with a focus on Workday Benefits.
• Hands‑on experience with benefits programs (health, welfare, retirement), including plan design, eligibility rules, rates, and event processing.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business process configuration, condition rules, and calculated fields.
• Familiarity with vendor file integrations, including troubleshooting data transmission errors.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly. Preferred
• Workday Pro certification in Benefits.
• Experience configuring other Workday modules (Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Expense).
• Exposure to multi‑country benefit plan setup.
• Experience with the Workday integration framework
