Job summary

Talent et au-dela in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR Digital Transformation professional to join our People & Investment Consulting team, focusing on Workday Benefits and related modules. Hybrid work model with 3 days in office.

We require 10+ years of overall experience and 4–5+ years in Workday benefits implementations, plus Workday Benefits certification. Lead client engagements for US & Canada and mentor Benefits analysts/consultants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in HRIS/Workday implementations.
• 4–5+ years of Workday benefits implementation experience.
• Workday Benefits certified / Benefits Core certification.
• Experience leading Benefits implementations for US & Canada.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management.
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Benefits and its integrations.
• Experience with a Workday implementation partner.
• Experience leading teams of Benefits analysts/consultants.
• Strong understanding of testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
• Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech/BSc/MCA or equivalent.

We’re looking for a talented professional to join our HR Digital Transformation (HRDT) team within our People & Investment Consulting business.

Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in office

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 4–5+ years of Workday implementation experience
• Workday Benefits certified / Benefits Core certification
• Proven experience leading Benefits implementations for US & Canada
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
• Deep functional knowledge of Workday Benefits and its integration with HCM, Absence, Payroll, and Integrations
• Experience working with a Workday implementation partner
• Experience leading teams and managing Benefits analysts/consultants
• Strong understanding of Workday implementation lifecycle, optimization, upgrades, and rollouts
• Ability to design Workday solutions aligned with client and industry requirements
• Strong understanding of testing, cutover, deployment, rollout, and hypercare activities
• Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc./MCA or equivalent
