Stratacent in Pune, India, is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Workday Engineer with 8+ years of Workday technical experience. The role focuses on HCM Core and Projects, with exposure to Recruiting and Expenses.

The position is onsite at Viman Nagar, Pune (5 days Onsite) with a 2PM-11PM IST shift. You will design, develop, and support Workday integrations, reporting, and technical solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience with HCM Core and Projects; Recruiting and Expenses desirable.
• Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting and calculated fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions and integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and API-based integrations.
• Develop complex reports, calculated fields, and data extracts.
• Configure, support and manage technical enhancements for Workday HCM Core, Recruitment, Expense and Projects modules.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support Workday releases, troubleshoot production and deployment issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Technical Consultant with 8+ years of dedicated Workday technical experience. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in Workday HCM Core and Workday Projects, along with hands‑on experience in integrations, custom reporting, and technical solution design and development. Exposure to Workday Recruiting and Workday Expenses is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday technical solutions and integrations.
• Build and maintain Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, and API‑based integrations.
• Develop complex reports, calculated fields, and data extracts.
