Key Responsibilities and Must-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with end-to-end Workday implementations

Strong expertise in HCM, Core Compensation, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, and Reporting

Solid understanding of Business Process definitions, conditions, and validation rules

Able to identify root causes for functionality issues and test proposed fixes in test environments

Proficient in running custom reports in Workday

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience leading front-end customer engagements

Ability to analyze and make decisions independently or escalate when needed

Experience with production support models and day-to-day operational troubleshooting

Willingness to provide basic training and support to customers

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Must be proactive and comfortable with regular direct interaction with customers and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Advanced Compensation, LMS, Integrations, Absence & Time, and Security Roles in Workday

Experience in a Technical Lead role is a plus
