Job summary

Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a Workday Integration Lead to ensure efficient implementation and optimization of our global Human Resources platform. The position involves designing and implementing Workday integrations, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring accurate payroll data compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HRIS experience, preferably with Workday integration, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of global payroll systems and advanced HR knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) focusing on Workday.
• Knowledge of US & Europe Payroll Systems such as ADP and UKG.
• Experience in XSLT Transformation and XML.

Workday Integration Lead

Location: Pune, Bangalore.

In this role, you will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday—our global Human Resources platform.

Responsibilities

• Integration Design and Implementation: You’ll work closely with HR stakeholders globally, understand system capabilities, and drive the design, development, testing, and delivery of Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems for accurate HR data management.
• Subject Matter Expertise: As a technical specialist, you’ll provide guidance on HR interpretations and best practices, shaping HR processes and ensuring compliance while staying up‑to‑date with Workday HCM data integration and interface.
• Payroll Integrations: You’ll configure and test Workday HCM integrations related to payroll, ensuring accurate compensation data flow and compliance with regulatory data requirements.
• Reporting: You’ll design, troubleshoot, and build reports using Workday reporting tools (including Prism), maintaining a reporting inventory and validating data to support HR analytics and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with a focus on Workday integration and reporting administration.
• Workday Integration or Reporting Certificate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of US & Europe Payroll Systems such as ADP, UKG, and Malam.
• Experience in XSLT Transformation and XML.
• Third-Party Application Experience with Workday Integration tools.
• Payroll and Workday Studio Integration (preferred).
• Understanding of Workday Reporting Capabilities (including Prism).
• Advanced HR Knowledge and Global Team Experience.
