Job summary

Huron Eurasia India Private Limited is seeking a Workday Benefits Consultant in Bengaluru to lead successful implementations of Workday Benefits. You will bring in-depth product and implementation expertise and work with partners to configure and test solutions that meet client requirements.

You will design Benefit configurations (retirement, health, welfare, PTO), demonstrate prototypes, conduct client workshops, and test legacy data conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with work experience.
• Workday HCM Certification is required; Benefits Certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday workstreams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set up and configure benefit plans and open enrollment is advantageous.

• Ensure successful implementation of Workday Benefits for clients.
• Provide Workday product, SME, and implementation expertise; configure and test solutions.
• Design and implement Workday Benefits configurations including health, retirement and PTO programs.

Requirements:

As a Workday Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution. Certification in Workday HCM is a must and Workday Benefits is an added advantage. You will provide Workday product, subject‑matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions. In‑depth knowledge of how benefits plan such as retirement plans (403b) are setup in benefits. You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success. Design and implement requirements in the Workday Benefits solution including company benefits program, which can include health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing plans, PTO and other leave programs, and other voluntary benefits. Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype. You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies. Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions. Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration. Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business scenarios. Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.

Substantial and measurable delivery within the ERP/Workday HCM workstreams of 1-2 Benefits implementations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday workstream.
• Current active Workday HCM Certification, Workday Benefits Certification is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
• Must be able to setup benefit plans and experience of working on open enrollment will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
