Job summary

Qentelli is seeking a proactive Resource Management Executive with 1–5 years of experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, and project staffing within IT services. You will partner with Delivery Managers, Talent Acquisition, and Business Leaders to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years in End to End Resource Management or Workforce Management within IT services.
• Hands-on experience in Allocation, Planning, Demand & Supply Management.
• Exposure to workforce analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to support multiple projects and business units.
• Strong IT skills and project staffing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery and Project Managers on staffing requirements.
• Plan workforce capacity and resource utilization.
• Monitor bench, demand and supply, and optimize allocations.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Resource Management Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, utilization management, and project staffing within a software services or IT consulting environment. The candidate will work closely with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Leaders to ensure optimal utilization of resources while meeting project staffing requirements and organizational business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.


• 1 to 5 years of experience in End to End Resource Management, Workforce Management, PMO, Staffing Coordination, or Operations within an IT Services organization.


• Should have hands on experience in Resource Allocation, Workforce Planning, Capacity Planning, Demand & Supply Management, Bench Management, Utilization Tracking, Stakeholder Management.


• Exposure to workforce analytics and reporting tools.


• Experience supporting multiple projects and business units simultaneously.


• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and project staffing models.


• Strong Communication Skills, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving.

Technical Skills:
