Job summary

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management and PMO.
  • Experience with AI, analytics, or data projects is required.
  • Strong PMO governance and program management practices.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement coordination.
  • Knowledge of SOW and commercial management.

  • Collaborate with AI/Analytics teams to track outcomes.

  • Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for project activities.
  • Prepare monthly status reports and track risks and issues.
  • Provide regular forecasting and financial updates to leadership.
  • Guide project managers in governance and issue resolution.

Program Manager :

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive PMO governance and end-to-end delivery of AI and Analytics programs. The candidate will be responsible for program planning, financial and vendor management, resource allocation, governance, risk management, and ensuring successful execution of multiple projects within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive PMO governance across programs and projects.
  • Manage end-to-end program and project execution and delivery.
  • Work closely with AI and Analytics teams to monitor portfolio progress and business outcomes.
  • Define and maintain the annual program/project schedule and roadmap.
  • Manage programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and financial health.
  • Track planned vs. actual costs, resource utilization, funding allocation, and CPI.
  • Perform resource mapping, capacity planning, and resource allocation across projects.
  • Coordinate closely with Procurement and Finance teams for project‑related activities.
  • Manage SOW creation, approval, signing, and follow‑up with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Lead vendor management, including deliverables, commercials, timelines, and escalations.
  • Prepare and present monthly project/program status reports.
  • Track program risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and mitigation plans.
  • Provide regular forecasting and financial status updates to leadership.
  • Guide and support Project Managers in execution, governance, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders and US teams when required.
  • Ensure programs are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Required Skills

  • 710 years of experience in Program Management / Project Management / PMO.
  • Strong experience in AI, Analytics, Data, or Digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of PMO governance and program management practices.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong financial, budget, cost, and forecasting management skills.
  • Experience in vendor management and procurement coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of SOW and commercial management.
  • Experience in resource planning and allocation.
  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with US stakeholders/time zones when required.
