Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks an application support analyst to provide first and second line help for Manhattan WMi 2016 across our DC sites. You will triage incidents, run approved change requests, and sustain system stability under the WMS Lead.

Strong IBM i (AS/400) knowledge and hands-on WMi experience are essential. You will monitor SAP-WMi interfaces, IDocs and CIF queues, and help resolve data flow issues across SAP, WMi, and WCS.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manhattan WMi 2016 or comparable WMS.
• Strong IBM i (AS/400) expertise to support daily operations.
• Proven incident management experience with defined SLAs.
• Familiarity with SAP-WMi interfaces and data exchange (IDocs/CIF).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level application support for WMi 2016 across DC sites.
• Triages incidents, executes runbooks, and maintains system stability.
• Manage user access provisioning and security roles where needed.
• Maintain records in ServiceNow and contribute to knowledge articles.
• Monitor interfaces, bridges and queues between SAP, WMi and WCS.
• Coordinate changes with site ops and participate in post-incident RCA.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

This role provides first and second-level application support for Manhattan WMi 2016, the warehouse management system. The analyst will triage and resolve incidents, execute standard requests and changes within defined runbooks, and maintain system stability across DC sites. The role sits within the Technology Supply Chain team and operates under the WMS Lead. It requires strong IBM i (AS/400) platform knowledge alongside hands-on WMi application experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Respond to WMi application incidents within defined SLA targets (P1/P2/P3), performing initial triage, resolution, or structured escalation
• Execute pre-approved standard requests to WMi configuration including user access, location management, transporter setup, and document rules — using approved runbooks
• Manage user access provisioning and security role maintenance across all DC sites
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow; contribute to knowledge articles and runbook development
• Support warehouse users and operations teams with application queries; distinguish system faults from process or operator issues
• Participate in P1/P2 bridge calls and contribute to post-incident root cause analysis documentation
• Coordinate standard change scheduling with site operations teams, respecting change freeze and blackout periods
• Lodge and support management of cases with Manhattan Associates, providing technical detail to accelerate resolution
• Monitor application interfaces, bridges and queues
• Monitor IDocs between SAP & WMi
• Monitor CIF queues between SAP ECC & SCM
• Identify & resolve interface failures, ensuring seamless data flow across systems (SAP, WMi & WCS)
• Monitor SOH mismatches between SAP & WMi to ensure stock integrity, working with the 7 sites for investigation, root cause analysis & resolution.
