Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in India (Uttar Pradesh, Dadri) seeks an experienced Supply Chain Analytics professional. The role focuses on operational readiness, incident management, and enhancements across Manhattan WMOS, TMS, SCI, and Blue Yonder planning/demand platforms.

You will collaborate with L3 engineering on major incidents while maintaining a proactive monitoring posture and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a closely related field.
• Experience supporting 24x7 operations and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Readiness for project support transition.
• Manage ServiceNow knowledge base and SOP maintenance.
• Handle small to medium enhancements.
• Lead support for priority 4 incidents and most priority 3 incidents.
• Collaborate with L3 engineering to resolve priority 1–2 major incidents.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Manhattan and Blue Yonder technologies.
• Proactively monitor key performance indicators and drive improvements.
• Support change management for breakfix and vendor maintenance.
