Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Workforce Management implementations for enterprise clients. This 100% client-facing role aligns to US EST hours, blending functional consulting, project management (~70%), and system configuration.

The incumbent will own client engagements, delivery excellence, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities include workshops, requirements gathering, planning, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM implementation projects.
• Conduct client workshops and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Own ~70% of project management tasks: planning, tracking, execution.
• Manage timelines, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Define RACI and escalation frameworks; monitor risks and dependencies.
• Configure systems per client specs: time rules, schedules, workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and vendors on integrations.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and HRIS/payroll integrations.
• Design test scenarios, execute UAT and parallel runs.
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Support go-live, cutover planning and hyper care stabilization.
• Participate in client calls across UK and US time zones.

We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) implementations for enterprise clients. This is a 100% client-facing role aligned to US EST time zone, combining responsibilities across functional consulting, project management (~70%), and system configuration. The role requires strong ownership, client engagement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance or HCM Implementation and migration projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into system solutions.
• Own ~70% of project management responsibilities including planning, tracking, and execution
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, dashboards, and status reporting
• Define and manage RACI matrix and escalation frameworks
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
• Configure systems based on client specifications, including time rules, pay policies, schedules, and HCM workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Manage data migration, validation, and integration with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Design and execute test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing, and parallel runs
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to ensure successful adoption.
• Support go-live activities, cutover planning, and hyper care stabilization
• Participate in client calls across UK and US time zones, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Stay current with HCM technologies and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.

Required Skills:

• 38 years of experience in HCM systems, with exposure to Time & Attendance, Core HR, Payroll, or Talent modules.
• Strong client-facing and consultative skills; ability to lead discussions and influence decision-making.
• Experience in project planning, reporting, and governance.
• Solid understanding of HCM processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and UAT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to transition to new platforms and work in US shifts.

Product Experience:

• WorkForce Software, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors Time, Workday Time TrackingOracle Time & Labor, Quinyx, Infor, Dayforce or similar platforms

Technical Skills:

• Basic SQL or JavaScript knowledge
• Willingness to learn configuration and new platforms
