Job summary

Naukri Assist is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with deep Workforce Management (WFM) expertise to drive requirements gathering, design, implementation, and integration of enterprise WFM solutions for clients in India.

The role involves leading workshops, configuring and, where needed, customizing WFM deployments, ensuring successful testing and UAT, and mentoring junior team members while delivering best-practice process optimization.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in enterprise software implementation/support.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management experience – Mandatory.
• Strong experience in Timekeeping, Accruals & Leave.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and configuration.
• Good understanding of WFM processes, business requirements, and enterprise implementations.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with clients and stakeholders.
