Job summary

Terastar Networks in India is seeking a customer wellbeing executive to be the first point of contact for wellbeing customers. You will gather information, understand concerns, and handle inbound/outbound inquiries while guiding leads to join app services, care plans, and wellness products.

Fluent English, Hindi, and Telugu are required; freshers or up to 1 year of experience welcome. Strong communication, empathy, and sales skills, plus familiarity with CRM tools, are essential for end-to-end

Qualifications

• BA/MA Psychology or MBA with strong communication and sales aptitude.
• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu required; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, customer engagement and lead conversion abilities.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM/customer management tools.

Eligibility & Skills

• Preferred: BA/MA Psychology graduates; alternatively, MBA graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude.

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
