Responsibilities

• Translate approved designs into detailed BOQs including items, dimensions, quantities, materials and sourcing requirements.
• Check warehouse availability and coordinate picking, repairs, fabrication, packing, labelling, loading and dispatch.
• Identify rental and procurement needs, obtain vendor quotations, compare scope and coordinate bookings within approved budgets.
• Arrange labour and specialist crews for installation, styling support, dismantling and loading; brief supervisors on responsibilities and deadlines.
• Coordinate florists, fabricators, carpenters, lighting and other production vendors to fit the design and schedule.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements and confirm access, loading, installation windows, venue restrictions and power needs.
• Build and run the production schedule, track readiness and follow up on missing items.
• Lead on-ground decor execution, check quantities and finish quality, resolve site issues and inform design teams.
• Track changes and additional requirements, maintain cost records and obtain approval before extra expenditure.
• Coordinate safe installation practices with qualified specialists and venue teams, keep access routes clear.
• Oversee dismantling, inventory reconciliation, damage reporting, vendor closure and returns to the warehouse.

Wedding Production Manager - Decor & On-Ground Execution

Panigrahana Weddings | Bengaluru | Full-time, on-site | 3 openings

Own the practical work that turns an approved wedding design into a finished setup. We are hiring wedding production professionals who can prepare accurate BOQs, organise warehouse inventory and suppliers, coordinate labour teams and lead decor execution on site.

COMPENSATION

INR 6-8 lakh per annum fixed + INR 2 lakh per annum performance-linked variable. Total annual earning opportunity: INR 8-10 lakh, including variable pay. The variable component is performance-linked and is not guaranteed fixed pay.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate approved designs and event plans into detailed bills of quantities (BOQs), covering items, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes and sourcing requirements.
• Check warehouse availability and condition; prepare picking lists and coordinate repairs, fabrication, packing, labelling, loading, and dispatch.
• Identify rental and procurement needs, obtain vendor quotations, compare scope and coordinate bookings within approved budgets and authority.
• Arrange the labour and specialist crews needed for installation, styling support, dismantling and loading. Brief supervisors clearly on responsibilities, sequencing and deadlines.
• Coordinate florists, fabricators, carpenters, lighting and other production vendors so their work fits the approved design and installation schedule.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements and confirm access, loading arrangements, installation windows, venue restrictions, power needs and practical execution requirements.

• Lead on-ground decor execution, check quantities and finish quality, resolve site issues promptly and keep the planning and design teams informed.
• Track approved changes and additional requirements, maintain cost records and obtain approval before committing to extra expenditure.
• Coordinate safe installation practices with qualified specialists and venue teams. Keep access routes clear and ensure crews follow site requirements.

WHAT WE NEED

• Previous hands-on production or operations experience in weddings, wedding decor or live events, with direct responsibility for decor setup and execution.
• Ability to prepare and work from BOQs, item lists, production schedules and cost trackers using spreadsheets.
• Practical understanding of flats, backdrops, stages, structures, fabrics, furniture, props, floral requirements and finishes, including how items are transported and installed.
• Experience coordinating warehouse teams, labour supervisors, vendors and transport under event deadlines.
• Strong organisation, clear communication, ownership and calm problem-solving on site.
• Availability to work from Bengaluru, visit venues and attend installations, event execution and dismantling, including event-related travel and timings as required.

This role is for someone who can organise the materials, people and logistics and take responsibility for delivering the decor on ground. We welcome wedding production managers, event operations managers and experienced decor execution professionals with relevant hands-on work.
