R-hire Careers And Consulting is seeking an experienced on-ground production lead for luxury weddings and destination events in India.

You will manage end-to-end production, timelines, manpower, logistics, BOQs, and site readiness, coordinating with designers, florists, lighting, and AV teams to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours during event periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production and on-ground execution of luxury weddings and destination events.

• Conduct site visits, measurements, technical discussions, and execution planning.
• Coordinate with designers, 2D/3D teams, florists, fabricators, lighting, furniture, AV, and other vendors.
• Manage vendor negotiations, deployment, coordination, and performance.
• Supervise fabrication, transportation, installation, event-day operations, and dismantling.
• Ensure décor, floral, lighting, furniture, structures, and overall finishing meet quality standards.
• Lead on-ground teams, contractors, and vendors and resolve execution issues quickly.
• Coordinate with design and client servicing teams for smooth event execution.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure timely delivery and site readiness.
• Handle last-minute requirements and event-day challenges effectively.

• Good understanding of BOQs, costing, production planning, vendor management, and site execution.
