About the Role

F5 Events and Services is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Planner who can lead end-to-end wedding planning and execution.

This role requires someone who can handle client expectations, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate should be organized, calm under pressure, and capable of managing large-scale wedding events from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete wedding planning lifecycle from client onboarding to event execution
• Conduct client meetings to understand vision, budget, theme, and expectations
• Create detailed wedding plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps
• Coordinate with decorators, caterers, venues, photographers, entertainment vendors, and other partners
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage budgets effectively
• Oversee venue setups, rehearsals, and event-day execution
• Ensure smooth coordination between families, vendors, and internal teams
• Handle last-minute changes and crisis management professionally
• Maintain cost sheets, vendor payments tracking, and event documentation
