Job summary

Dream Care in Delhi seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth inventory flow across receiving, packing, and shipping.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot), and strong communication with drivers and cross-functional teams. Prior exposure to online warehouse platforms and fulfillment processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse leadership and staff management.
• Hands-on experience with receiving, stocking, and shipping processes.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Zepto).
• Experience with Flex, FBA, and Smart fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: assign daily tasks, set schedules, train new members.
• Inventory control: oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping; conduct stock audits.
• Safety & compliance: enforce health and safety laws and proper equipment use.
• Operations & reporting: track team performance and report issues to Operations manager.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety laws and proper use of equipment like.
• Operations & Reporting: Track performance of team members and report workflow issues to the Operations manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• Leadership: Motivate workers and resolve team conflicts.
• Organization: Handle changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Uses of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and good exposure of MS excel like vlookup, pivot table etc.
• Communication: Talk clearly with staff, drivers, and other departments.
• Should have good exposure of online warehouse
• Knowledge of Order process of platform like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Zepto etc.
