Job summary

JITO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations onsite in Indore. The role requires mid-level experience with a focus on safe handling, inventory accuracy, and timely material dispatch.

The candidate will supervise warehouse staff, optimize processes, and ensure alignment with procurement and production teams for stock availability. FIFO/FEFO practices must be followed and records maintained diligently.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO concepts and safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of goods.
• Monitor timely picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain proper warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices are followed.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock verification.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for stock availability.
