Job summary

CenturyPly is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Executive with a strong background in materials management. You will manage inward stock, maintain ERP records, and ensure accurate warehouse reporting.

Responsibilities include stock verification, replenishment planning, and coordinating with Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to resolve inventory issues. Experience in ERP/SAP/MM and MS Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Diploma in Materials Management or equivalent.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Inward Material Management

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions.

3. Storage & Preservation

• Ensure proper storage
• Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping (5S).

4. Documentation

• Maintain stock registers and inward/outward records.
• Prepare daily warehouse reports.
• Update ERP transactions accurately.
• Maintain gate passes, challans, and dispatch documents.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Ensure proper stacking practices.
• Monitor fire safety equipment.
• Comply with EHS guidelines.
• Participate in safety audits and inspections.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments.
• Resolve inventory-related issues.
• Support annual inventory audits.

Required Qualifications
