Job summary

Donaldson India Filter Systems in Gurugram is seeking a skilled Store/Materials Manager to oversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials for the GGN and Mumbai locations. This role focuses on achieving stock accuracy above 99%, executing daily cycle counts and periodic stock takes, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

The candidate will ensure material preservation, FIFO management, RTV handling, and timely finishes dispatch while maintaining safety and 6S standards.

Qualifications

• MBA or Diploma in Supply Chain/Store Management.
• Experience in stores management and GST, materials planning.
• Sound knowledge of FIFO/JIT and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store Material Receipt system GRN for GGN & Mumbai location.
• Ensure stock accuracy >99% via daily cycle counts, weekly A-class counts, monthly and yearly stock takes.
• Oversee material preservation, storage of shelf life items, and FIFO management.
• Manage RTVs and rejection scrap disposal, and finish good dispatch from plant & warehouse.
• Oversee customer returns processing and system documentation.
• Maintain zero stock differences and uphold 6S and safety culture.
• Provide material issuance for production lines across 3 shifts.
• Ensure effective warehouse management across locations, including GST compliance.

2. Sound knowledge in Stores management, GST, Materials planning, Monitor FIFO, JIT for sequence parts.

3. Responsibility to look after the smooth receipts, issuance, documentation, stock takings & Warehouse management

4. Managing stock accuracy of more than 99% through daily cycle counting, weekly "A" class parts stock taking, monthly stock taking & yearly external stock taking for GGN plant & Warehouse

5. Responsible for Material Preservation in store.

6. Responsible for store Handling & Storage of shelf life items, FIFO Management.

7. Responsible for Material Return to vendor (RTV) & Rejection Scrap Disposal.

8. Responsible for Finish good dispatch from Plant & warehouse.

9. Responsible for Customer return Process & system documentation.

10. Responsible for achieving and maintaining zero difference in stock. 11. Maintaining safety culture & High level of 6S.

12. Responsible for Production line Feeding (Material issuance from store) 3 shifts operations.
