Job summary

BECO in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented Inward & Outward Executive to manage daily inventory movements, dispatch activities, and warehouse documentation.

You will verify goods against POs and invoices, prepare GRNs, update stock records, and coordinate with transporters and warehouse staff. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot) are essential.

The role requires 1–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, excellent coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or dispatch operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management).
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Experience in preparing inward/outward documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward and outward material movement activities.
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
• Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation and inventory updates.
• Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely shipment processing.
• Maintain stock movement records and inventory reports.
• Prepare and manage dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
• Track inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Update daily MIS reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to warehouse processes and inventory control procedures.
• Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
