Job summary

Funcity in India is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to manage inbound shipments, verify quantities and quality, and coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, collaborate with logistics partners, and drive process improvements to boost efficiency while keeping documentation and Excel-based tracking up to date.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and accuracy.
• Organize and store products systematically in designated warehouse locations.
• Supervise and coordinate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for timely movement of goods.
• Manage the warehouse and logistics billing process, including invoice verification and payments.
• Maintain tracking of shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related activities.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations with Excel-based tracking.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Work with the team to achieve warehouse, inventory, and dispatch targets.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Basic computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory management or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
