Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee pharma warehouse operations in a multinational setting. You will supervise the warehouse team, monitor processes, and coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure timely material flow and compliant handling.

The role requires 6+ years in warehouse/logistics, with familiarity in SAP/WMS and strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; education in supply chain & logistics preferred.
• 6+ years of warehouse and logistics experience, preferably in pharma.
• Experience overseeing raw material, packing material, and finished goods operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and movement of materials.
• Ensure materials are stored correctly and available to production as required.
• Oversee finished product storage, inventory management, and dispatch operations.
• Record all warehouse transactions in WMS and SAP.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and stock reconciliation.
• Supervise and allocate casual labour for loading/unloading and movement of materials.
• Ensure loading/unloading is safe and efficient.
• Adhere to warehouse procedures and pharmaceutical requirements.
• Monitor housekeeping, safety, storage conditions, and material segregation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and other teams for smooth material flow.
• Review daily activities and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Lead and supervise warehouse team with clear responsibilities and discipline.

• Ensure loading and unloading activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to approved warehouse procedures and pharmaceutical requirements.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety, storage conditions, and material segregation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Review daily warehouse activities, identify operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring clear responsibilities, discipline, and effective manpower utilization.

Requirements
